Ella Thomson is research and policy officer for Transform Justice. Ella has a background in criminal justice research and policy, and supports with different research projects while also handling administrative tasks and supporting CourtWatch volunteers.
Ella has previously worked in a front-line role, working with and advocating for women on probation, as well as volunteering with the charity StopWatch. In her free time she enjoys cold water swimming.
